Flat-roof PV system with low roof load in Bilgoraj
In Bilgoraj, our team in Poland delivered a flat-roof PV system with a capacity of 49.14 kWp. Across 233.06 m², 108 modules generate clean electricity – under challenging conditions.
Challenge
The roof, dating from 2010, permitted only a low roof load of 15 kg/m². In addition, the module layout was restricted by obstacles and the existing lightning protection system. To make matters more difficult, the installation took place during the winter months from December to the end of January, in snow, rain and strong wind.
Solution
Thanks to particularly careful planning and a well-coordinated team, the system was completed within a short schedule despite the low roof load, limited mounting area and winter conditions.
