Your path to Centroplan is simple and transparent. Our application process has four steps, and we are there for you at every one of them.
So that you know what to expect, here is a look behind the scenes of our application process.
Four steps, and at every one of them you know where you stand.
First you apply. Online that is done in no time. Our HR team and the relevant department then review your application. That takes a few days; within 7 days at the latest you will hear back from us.
If everything fits, you will get an invitation. We usually do this as a video call. In this first interview you meet your contacts from HR and from your department.
Everyone happy? Then it is time to get to know each other properly: in a second interview on site or straight away on a trial day, where you already meet your future team.
Only the formalities stand between you and your start with us: your contract and your signature. Then the sun rises on your career in the solar industry.
